What happens during a quote?

Sam, the business owner and sole business operator, will schedule a date and time suitable for yourself to visit and provide you with a free no obligation quote. Whilst visiting Sam will assess the flooring, measure up the area of work to be completed and discuss with you any questions you may have and your goals for your flooring.

What happens next?

Following the visit you will receive an email with your quote along with the proposed process that is be implemented to restore your flooring along with a write up of any questions and answers bought up during the visit. If you had any questions following the visit this is a great opportunity to raise them. When everything has been answered and you're in a position to make a decision the quote is valid for three months (unless otherwise agreed) if you decide to go ahead with the work a date most suitable for you can be agreed upon and the work can be scheduled in. Often a deposit of 20% is required to secure the dates and to partially contribute towards materials required specifically for this work.
